United Collective provides online fitness coaching services designed to help individuals embark on their fitness journey, educate themselves, and empower them to achieve their health and wellbeing goals. Our services are built upon the foundational pillars of relationships, transparency, and community.
Website Access: Clients can sign up directly or book a call via unitedcollective.com.au. Discovery Call (Phone): An initial phone call to determine if we are an ideal fit.Consultation (Google Meet): A Google Meet session to discuss goals, ideas, and how to proceed.Contract & Access: Upon agreement, clients will sign a service contract. Trainerize Access: Clients will gain access to the Trainerize platform for program delivery and tracking.Initial Plan: A foundational 2-week plan will be provided to learn fundamental principles.
By using our Website and Services, you agree to:
Provide accurate, current, and complete information during the onboarding process and throughout your engagement with us.Maintain the confidentiality of any account credentials and be responsible for all activities that occur under your account.Use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.Understand that our fitness advice is general and not a substitute for professional medical advice. Always consult with a healthcare professional before starting any new fitness or nutrition program.
Details regarding service fees, payment schedules, and accepted payment methods will be outlined in your individual service contract.All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Clients are required to provide
2 weeks' notice
for cancellation of services. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in charges for the notice period. Specific cancellation procedures will be detailed in your service contract.
All content on the Website and within the Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and the compilation thereof, is the property of United Collective or its suppliers and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Website or Services without our prior written consent.
